Day by Day Itinerary

You will be picked up from your hotel in Aswan at around 4:00 AM in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Begin the journey south through the desert landscapes toward Abu Simbel Temples.

Upon arrival, visit the magnificent Great Temple dedicated to the gods Re-Horakhty, Amun-Re, Ptah, and Ramesses II himself. Admire the colossal statues at the entrance and the beautifully carved hieroglyphs inside the temple.

Continue to the smaller temple dedicated to the goddess Hathor and Queen Nefertari, the beloved wife of Ramesses II. See elegant reliefs and scenes celebrating royal life and devotion.

After your visit, begin the drive back to Aswan and transfer to your hotel.

  • Prices are quoted in US dollars per person, but payments can also be made in Euro, British Pound Sterling, or other accepted currencies.

  • The listed prices are valid until April 30, 2027. For bookings after this date or for Christmas, New Year, and Easter, special pricing may apply.

Children Policy

  1. Children Pricing:
    • Ages 2–5.99 years: 25% of the tour price
    • Ages 6–11.99 years: 50% of the tour price
    • Ages 12+ years: Full adult price
  2. Child prices apply when sharing a room with parents (maximum 2 children). Extra beds, domestic flights, or ferry journeys may incur additional charges.

Booking

  • Book early to secure hotel rooms, domestic flights, Nile cruise cabins, and other travel services.

  • A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. During Christmas and New Year, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is part of the total tour payment.

  •  Deposits can be paid via major credit cards, secure online payment platform, or bank wire transfer.

Cancellation

  •  All cancellations must be submitted by email to provide written confirmation.

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • 41+ days before arrival: 10% of deposit

    • 40–30 days: 25% of total tour price

    • 29–15 days: 50% of total tour price

    • 14–7 days: 75% of total tour price

    • 7–1 days: 100% of total tour price
      Domestic flight cancellations follow airline policies.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days. No refund is issued for no-shows. Emergency situations (government or airline travel warnings) follow a flexible cancellation policy.
